Position description: Cashiers are responsible for displaying a professional, pleasant attitude to all customers. Cashiers scan customers selected items for purchase, provide purchase transactions, and ensure proper handling of American currency, debit and credit card purchases. This position requires excellent skills in English. This position will provide the opportunity to work directly with the public and gain skills in American customer service. Students may be expected to work in other areas of the store as directed by management.

In the area: Students can witness the 4th of July parade in Edgartown, about 15 minute walking distance from our store. In August, the town of Oak Bluffs holds Illumination night in the central park of the city.

Provided by Host: Fourth of July celebration parade -Oak Bluffs illumination night and fireworks. We have Employee Appreciation day sometime in August where the management team provides food and drinks for everyone.
