Position description: Baristas will be responsible for making coffee and/or tea beverages to order. Baristas will be expected to learn to properly use and clean all related machinery (espresso machines, milk steamers, etc.), take customer orders and handle cash sales at a register in a fast-paced environment.

Additional description: Baristas and Counter Workers will split tips with Kitchen Staff. Kitchen Staff will make Paninis, crepes, salads, and waffles. Dishwashing is required. 
Guarantees an average of at least $5 an hour in tips. 
On average pay is 20 an hour with tips. 
On average 20 hours over time available June, July, and August

All employees will rotate positions to get extra hours. Not uncommon to get 60 plus hours a week if wanted.

In the area: Some local activities include Mackinac Island, Dark Sky Park, Nature Trails for Hiking, Parasailing, Mackinac Bride Walk during Labor Day, Native American Festivals, Fireworks, Parades, and the Historic Mackinac State Park System.
