Position description: Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables. You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors.

Additional description: Primarily responsible for preparing pizza. No experience necessary. Full training provided. Our employees enjoy flexible hours, a great work environment and good wages, in fact, in addition to wages, the employees averaged $5.00 per hour in tips last summer. Employees share tips. Our employees can eat and drink anything they want while at work for free. The average employee earned over $20.00 per hour last summer.

In the area: There are many outdoor concert venues and festivals nearby. Many of my returning local employees have made friends with J1 students in the area. I will provide tickets to local concerts on occasion I have had several J1 students who originally were hosted by another company and ended up working at Mario's Pizza. Those students we invited regularly to family dinners and events.
