Position description: Guests Services are responsible for assisting with guest inquiries, providing help and information as needed. This position can be at a stationary booth or within a hotel, resort or park where you will be expected to accommodate guest requests as needed.

Additional description: Our "Guest Services" positions spend at least two shifts (16 hours) at the Front Desk per week. The remainder of their shifts can be worked at tipped positions such as Server or Backwaiter. We do not offer J1 positions only in tipped positions.

In the area: We are only one mile from the Atlantic Ocean, so there are a lot of water specific activities.

Provided by Host: We have outings once a month with the staff to a summer themed event in the Hamptons.
