We have a property management company that takes care of the high end beach homes and condos on the Oregon Coast. We are located directly west of Portland Oregon and about 5 hours from Seattle Washington which are our two largest customer bases. This is a very mild climate and will have onshore winds most of the time keeping our temperature 24C most of the Summer. We in one of the most beautiful photogenic spots in North America with the most photographed landscape of the ocean only 5 miles away at Ecola State Park. Fishing, Kyaking, Surfing, Hiking, Shopping, Beach Combing, and Biking are very popular in our area. There is also a lot of wild life from Giant Elk to normal beach birds and our prized national bird the Bald Eagle. What makes this landscape so interesting is that we are on the edge of mountain range called the Pacific Coast Range that crashes into the ocean with dramatic drop off's. Pot and Drugs is a no go = not at work or outside for us. A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: We are a family owned business operating in Seaside for over 20 years and are the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. If you are still in the researching phase and wondering why to choose our company we hope you will keep in mind we also have made some tough choices with you in mind! At Seaside Vacation Homes we are very selective on allowing properties into our collection and while more homes = more money, we have historically turned away most of the 300+ rental homes in our area because we felt they would not offer value in location, amenities, layout and condition to keep our staff working throughout the off season. Specializing in offering the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points has been the foundation to our business model. Not only must the home be desirable but also the homeowners we work with must have a perspective that allow us to do what is needed to ensure our staff is supported in making decisions so the guest stay is perfect. Thanks again for considering us and if you do come know we can't wait to see you at the Beach!
In the area: Team members will often be working 1:1 or in a group of Americans where they can practice their English, learn cultural norms and customs and will participate in company meetings & parties.
