Position description: Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning rooms, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry. This position can be physically demanding and you may be required to use chemical cleaning products.

Additional description: Mt. Liberty Lodging is located in a picturesque setting in the White Mountain National Forest of Lincoln, New Hampshire. Our guests come from all over the world for the scenery and outdoor activities. Lodging consists of 8 cabins and 14 motel rooms. Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to: making beds, removing guest linens, vacuuming, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms and common areas. Housekeeping requires participants to use cleaning chemicals. Housekeeping requires participants to bend over and reach high, as well as pick up and carry 25 pounds. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Will offer 32 hours per week on average. Opportunities to work at the front desk and on other projects will also be available. Housing will be provided by the employer at no cost.  A bonus is also provided based on the participate staying for the entire season and the business and participant performance for the season. A bonus has been paid out each of the last 7 years.  Based on past experience; the inclusion of free housing, tips and bonus mean that the Housekeeping position provides a value of $20 per hour.

In the area: Fourth of July parade and fireworks. Interaction with guests on a daily basis.
