Position description: Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking orders per recipe guidelines, preparing batters, slicing meats and vegetables. You will be in charge of restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available, and for cleaning of all workstations at the end of the day, including sweeping and mopping of floors.

Additional description: Small Pub & Grill located inside the Antler Lodge located in Gardiner Montana. Adjacent to Yellowstone National Park. Must be able to understand and communicate in English basic kitchen terms and food types. This is a fast paced kitchen environment. Will assist head chef in preparing meals along with prep work. Will also be taught the dishwasher, mopping floors, cleaning all areas of kitchen. Willing to train a motivated student interested in cooking. $1.00 per hour bonus if student completes contract.
